Amal lives in the vibrant city of Portsmouth with her partner and their two young children. Her career began with a degree in Social Work from Portsmouth University, where she graduated in 2015. From there, she went on to build a rewarding career as a Social Worker specialising in Fostering and Children and Families.
Through her professional experiences, Amal saw first-hand how a stable and nurturing home environment could positively shape family relationships and child development. At the same time, becoming a parent herself gave her a fresh perspective on the power of an organised home. Balancing the demands of work and family life underscored for Amal the importance of creating spaces that reduce stress and encourage meaningful interactions. These combined experiences planted the seed for The Home Helper.
